Hey, I’m Rina!

I am a Frontend Designer & Developer, mural designer, and freelance artist. My specialty is combining digital art and programming to build engaging digital experiences.

I've been drawing since childhood, evolving from traditional media to digital illustration and design. I have collaborated with numerous clients on personalized commissions, album covers, and logos. During my freshman year at the University of Georgia, I got to join the Color the World Bright mural organization, where I have served as an Associate Lead Mural Designer for the past 5 years.

After my freshman year, I transferred from UGA to Georgia Tech. I successfully completed my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science in 4 years through Georgia Tech's accelerated BS/MS program. Throughout this time, I focused on utilizing my strong visual communication skills in software development. My primary roles often included hand-drawing the visual assets and backgrounds, designing intuitive user interfaces, and executing the frontend development to build aesthetic and user-friendly applications.

I've chosen the direction of creative development because I love when technology can address pain points and simultaneously keep it visually inviting and immersive to the user. For that reason, I've found that being technically versatile is a great advantage, so I can contribute to all types of projects.
